1. Charges disclosed before purchase
The only current listed product is EZTint Scheduling WebApp. The illustrated recurring eCheck/ACH price is $100.00 per month, and the separately advertised recurring card price is $103.50 per month. Payment is automatic each month until cancelled, with any applicable tax disclosed before authorization. This is a sample offer pending an activated merchant integration; no live payments can currently be completed.
2. Card pricing and eCheck pricing
EZTint plans to use a dual displayed pricing program: $100.00/month for eCheck/ACH or $103.50/month for card, a 3.5% difference from the ACH price. Both are presented as full recurring prices before checkout authorization, rather than adding a surprise fee after a $100 quote. Whether this qualifies as an approved discount model depends on the real payment implementation, state law, card-network rules and the acquiring bank's written approval. Ordinary Visa surcharges are restricted and may not exceed 3%; a universal 3.5% card surcharge is not authorized by this policy.
3. Automatic monthly renewal
By subscribing, the customer expressly authorizes recurring monthly charges at the selected payment method's disclosed price, plus any applicable tax, until the subscription is cancelled. Recurring card or ACH payments are intended to be processed by Authorize.net Automated Recurring Billing and associated secure payment profiles. The first charge date, subsequent billing date, total amount and cancellation procedure must appear in final checkout confirmation before live enrollment.
4. Affirmative consent and receipts
Subscription enrollment requires separate affirmative consent to the recurring billing terms, including monthly frequency, amount, payment method and cancellation instructions. A secure processor creates the payment profile, retains the sensitive credentials, and receives authorization for subsequent charges. EZTint stores only permitted references and account billing records. Order confirmations and appropriate renewal or payment receipts should be provided when processing is enabled.
5. Cancellation of future billing
Subscribers can request cancellation of future renewals by emailing eztintsupport@gmail.com using the subscription account email and business name. Before accepting live subscriptions, EZTint must also provide any required direct online cancellation mechanism and clear confirmation of the effective cancellation date. 6. eCheck and ACH authorization
Recurring eCheck/ACH subscriptions require a clear authorization stating the payer and originating business, debit amount or method of determining it, monthly frequency, when debits begin, and how to revoke authorization. The payment provider must preserve evidence of consent and provide required copies. This website's preliminary checkbox is informational until the secure Authorize.net payment and ACH authorization process is live.
7. Declined payments and charge disputes
If a recurring card or ACH charge fails, EZTint may notify the customer using the account email and ask for updated authorized payment credentials using the processor's secure interface. For billing errors, charge disputes, or suspected unauthorized debits, contact eztintsupport@gmail.com; mandatory rights under applicable law and banking or card rules remain available.
8. Refunds and taxes
Any refund eligibility, renewal refund decisions, and onboarding fees must be consistent with the Refund Policy and the actual order. Taxes, if applicable, must be calculated correctly and separately disclosed by the connected payment or tax system before payment authorization.
9. Change of price or renewal terms
If the monthly price, service scope or renewal conditions change, EZTint will provide the notice and consent required by applicable agreement and law before implementing those changes. Customers will not be enrolled in new pricing without applicable required disclosures.
