Privacy Policy

What information EZTint Scheduling may collect, why it is used, how it is handled, and what choices people have.

Updated October 14, 2026

About this policy

This policy describes EZTint Scheduling's current intended software, payment and support practices. Service details may be updated when the live payment integration launches; applicable laws and mandatory customer rights always prevail.

1. Identity and scope

This Privacy Policy describes how EZTint Scheduling handles information related to its website, hosted EZTint Scheduling WebApp subscriptions, business customers and end-customer records. For the time being, merchant correspondence is directed to 45 Columbia Drive, Suite 400, Pooler, GA 31322; contact: eztintsupport@gmail.com. The subscribing tint shop may separately control its own customer records.

2. Our role when shops use EZTint

EZTint may act as a service provider or processor when a tint business uploads its own customers’ names, vehicles, jobs, appointments, notes, invoices, images or related records. In that situation the subscribing business ordinarily determines the purposes for which the data is collected and used; the shop remains responsible for its customer-facing privacy notices, notices about text or email messaging, and applicable consents. Separate contractual data processing terms may be needed.

3. Categories of personal information

Depending on the features used, information may include names, businesses, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses; account credentials and roles; customer and vehicle details; appointment and job records; proposals, invoices, support messages, files and images; payment status and transaction identifiers; device, browser, IP, log, security and usage information; and preferences or consent records. Do not request sensitive identification or payment data beyond what is needed for the product.

4. Sources and purposes

Information may be collected directly from users, from subscribing shops and their authorized staff, from contact or checkout forms, from integrated tools selected by customers, and from routine website diagnostics. It is used to create accounts, deliver purchased features, process and reconcile orders, respond to support requests, keep records, prevent fraud, secure systems, maintain the service, fulfill legal obligations and improve product operations.

5. Payment processing and financial details

EZTint uses Authorize.net as its intended payment gateway. When connected, card or bank credentials should be entered using its secure hosted/tokenized services, including Customer Information Manager for stored payment profiles and automated recurring billing where enabled. EZTint intends to associate a processor-issued payment profile reference with a customer account; full card and bank account numbers must not be stored in Webflow, the cart, or EZTint's own database. Billing contacts, selected payment type, transaction identifiers and status may be retained for service administration.

6. Sharing with other organizations

EZTint Scheduling does not sell customers' or end customers' personal information to any third party. Certain information may nevertheless be shared with processors and service providers when needed to operate the service, including Authorize.net for payments, technical hosting and security providers, and authorities when legally required. Sharing information to deliver a requested service is distinct from selling it. Any new tracking or marketing arrangement that changes this statement must first be reviewed and this policy updated.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

EZTint may use necessary session, security and cart storage, including a browser-stored cart preference. Other analytics or tracking tools will be described if and when enabled. Privacy choices and any opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law must be implemented before corresponding optional technologies are activated.

8. Retention and deletion

Contact details, account records, transaction references, payment authorizations, customer uploads and operational records are retained only as appropriate for operating the service, legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and account administration. Sensitive payment methods, where enabled, are held by Authorize.net rather than stored in EZTint's website. Specific retention, export and deletion mechanisms will be documented with the deployed application.

9. Security

EZTint takes reasonable steps to protect account access, customer data and payment-related records, including using third-party secure payment services for card and bank credentials. Account holders are responsible for safeguarding their own passwords and devices. No online system can guarantee perfect security, and any legally required breach notifications will be provided when applicable.

10. Privacy requests and state rights

Depending on where a user lives and what laws apply, people may request access, correction, deletion, or other rights concerning personal information. Send privacy requests to eztintsupport@gmail.com or use theContact page. An identity check may be required before releasing personal data. California and Texas requirements and any applicable state opt-out preference signals must be assessed for this business.

11. Marketing communications

If EZTint sends optional marketing communications, recipients should receive an appropriate method to unsubscribe. Operational notices relating to appointments or transactions are distinct from marketing and must be handled under applicable messaging and consent laws. Individual tint shops remain responsible for notices and authorizations for messages they originate through the software.

12. Children and international access

EZTint is intended for business use, not directed to children. Do not knowingly create accounts for minors where law prohibits it. Customers processing data from outside the United States may require additional transfer, privacy, or data processing terms before accessing the service internationally.

13. Updates, contact, and effective date

We will update this Privacy Policy when our actual practices change and provide any required notices. Contact eztintsupport@gmail.com with questions about EZTint-controlled information. For records entered by a separate tint shop, start by contacting that business.
